You may have seen this photo before, I'm sure you have seen the beautiful model (Summer James) in many of my frames. I pulled this one out from the basement because it was when I used to shoot with my D7000 and I also was just getting to know Lightroom 3. Now I use Lightroom 5 and shoot with a different body and a bit more knowledge. For instance, I wouldn't have captured this on landscape style, but the rusted metal bands add more to the composition that I feel compliment and frames my subject a little better. Now I can't go back to the location (because it's demolished) and the shoot has been completed, but I can revisit the negatives in Lightroom 5. I reset the images and refinished them in this blog, I just thought it was 1) easier 2) better 3) a great way to see what my brain was thinking then and what it wants now.
